As we operate primarily by appointment, we reserve dedicated treatment time for each patient. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Cancellations and changes are free until the end of business hours on the day before your appointment.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, your appointment will be treated as a no-show.
• If you need to cancel because of illness, work, childcare, or another unavoidable reason, please contact us.
• If a cancellation fee applies, payment will generally be requested at your next visit.
